At HIPERMOVE, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order will begin processing, and we will be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order within the 12-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible by:

Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. Our team will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds if the cancellation request is received within the specified time frame.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may need to follow our Returns and Refund Policy to return the item(s) once they are delivered.

5. Changes to Orders
