3. Return Process

- Ship the Item: Return the item(s) in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase, to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
4. Exchanges

5. Refunds
If your return is approved, you will be notified by email. The refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
